Marlene has a servants heart. Because of her passion to work with seniors, she enjoys assisting them to have a better quality of life. Working with seniors is her natural calling. She has no problem expressing love, care, and patience. In addition she is an active listener which as you know is what so many elderly people want. I think one of the most important thing Marlene is gifted with is a heart for seniors. She can feel their loneliness, their sadness, their hurt. Yet, on the other hand, she brings joy, an attitude of gladness and delight into their world.
