Accompanied clients to doctors' offices or on other trips outside the home, providing transportation, assistance, and companionship. Assisted clients daily activities to promote an independent living lifestyle. Supported patients by providing light housekeeping, run errands and grocery shopping. communicated with family members regarding patient care and overall well being. I have two years of experience in this field. I also just got back from New York because I took care of my mother whom broke her arm and depended completely of me. I would bath, change and feed her. I would also help her with anything else she needed around the house or driver her wherever she needed to go.
