My goal, as a caregiver for the elderly and human beings, is above all to ensure the well-being of the elderly. I consider communication with the elderly to be very important for the moral comfort of their day-to-day lives. In addition to the passion for what I do, I recognize that the seriousness in carrying out my duties led me to gain experience in the following tasks: Support for hygiene and comfort care for the elderly; Accompanying and transporting elderly people who are bedridden or in wheelchairs; Preparation of meals according to each one's diet; Control of medication intake, depending on medical prescription; Follow-up to consultations; Moral support for listening and talking to the elderly; Encouraging independence and possible autonomy in each elderly person; Incentive to activities, depending on the capacity of each one; Ensuring a peaceful but active environment in the social rooms; Constant information given to family members.
