About Margaret

I started caring for seniors when I was 19 years old, when I started out as a direct care aide in a local personal care home. I trained about 6 months later to be a med tech/shift leader and continued to do that work for 6 years at two different facilities. In my spare time, I like to play board games, cook, go for walks, play with my cats. I'd describe my personality as supportive, enthusiastic, and welcoming. I like caring for seniors because it's a very special kind of work that can be challenging but is very rewarding and necessary. The kinds of relationships and bonds that form with those that I cared for are ones that I could never forget.
