Good morning and thank you for your consideration to work with your family. I have been a nurse since 2020 but I was a cna for over 10 years. I have training on Alzheimer's disease and dementia care. I have 3 years experience with intellectually disabled clients. I have 5 years of experience working with seniors two of those years was in a private home with a bilateral amputee with diabetes and a host of comorbidities. I have hospice and end of life care experience as well. Services I can provide include but not limited to: Safety checks Medication management and reconciliation Diabetic treatment and management Wound care with current orders Meal prep and feeding including ng tubes and peg. Bathing changing dressing Exercise regimens Daily logs with client updates per shift Housekeeping Transportation Errands I am current on bls and first aid certifications.
