I'd love to help you or your loved one! I'm a kind, patient, compassionate woman. A nurturer by nature, I find it very fulfilling to help others. I'm a great listener, I especially love hearing old stories or wisdom from seniors. But I'm also adaptable to those who prefer not to chat. I workout regularly and believe good nutrition helps us feel better, but so does the occasional cupcake :-) Although I'm not certified, if you or your loved one needs walks, exercise or nutritious meals I can help! My care experience includes my 88y/o grandma who has dementia. I assist her with bathing, meals, exercise, companionship. I've also raised two daughters now ages 25 and 18 :-). I'm very comfortable with pets, as I personally own two dogs. I also have over 26 years experience in the property management industry as a property manager. If needed I can be an excellent resource for home projects, or even just inspecting for potential safety concerns.
