Lucy was a great worker for my mother. She is thoughtful, attentive, professional, trustworthy, kind, and compassionate. She made my mother feel comfortable and cared for. She made her favorite meals, did her physical therapy exercises, left detailed notes for the other workers. She covered extra shifts whenever she could. She gave my mother her medicines and was able to adjust her pill boxes mid week if her Coumadin needed adjusting after blood tests since I lived out of town. She always called or texted with clarifying questions and important updates that needed needed immediate attention. We were lucky to have her in the house caring for my mother.
