About Luciana

My background in health care is very versatile. I have been a home care provider and CNA since I was 18 and about 6 years ago became a license professional RN. I enjoy taking care of others and being a facilitator of overall good health maintenance and care. Since becoming an RN some of my experiences and duties have included; developing individualized patient care plans, advocating for patient welfare and care, and serving as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers. Assess patients and their home environments. Make clinical decisions for routine patient care utilizing physician orders and nursing procedures. Coordinate and plan patient care and monitor patient progress and outcome. I have over 3 decades of experience working with both seniors and children, and those with special needs. I am funny, kind, compassionate and treat every person I care for like family. I love to be outdoors and experience everyday adventures right in our own backyard.
