My mom was so excited to have someone come and visit her and Lori did just the one evening for a few hours,kept me updated which was great..my mom is very low maintencance and just needed someone there for company,no cleaning,etc..we told her initially that it wouldn't be a lot of hours at the beginning and would mostly be tues evenings, and she agreed..last week she cancelled on us for an issue with her car..this week she agreed to hang out with my mom for a couple hours but then canceled again at the last minute saying she thought about it and really wanted more hours..which I get but she could have at least finished the job tonite but instead she left us scrambling for coverage and decided to ignore the rest of my text messages. I'm only giving her 1 star for the 1 day she was actually reliable. Would definitely NOT rehire again.
