Loretta is a very conscientious worker who will go above and beyond expectations to provide the best care. She looks for opportunities to improve, is open to feedback, and willing to make modifications that enhance the services given. Her integrity is very high and expects all participants in the care process to likewise follow what is set forth as the standards. Loretta simply will not coast in her job. Her understanding of the impact on clients when anything but a "best available" mindset is implemented will serve well all involved. I worked with Loretta for nearly a year and found her to be open to challenging me to be better and open to being challenged herself. She has little, if any, tolerance for satisfaction with status quo, whether from co-workers or the employer. Her motives, however, were never deemed by me as self-serving, but rather always to meet the stated and still unrealized needs of the immediate client.
