I had a wonderful interaction with Lisa via messages, but she did not show up to the interview, nor even return my texts or phone messages as to why she didn't show up. This is not a job flipping hamburgers for goodness sake! There is human life at stake which is why I decided to leave a negative review...we who are responsible for hiring and looking after our elderly loved ones are already under stress, a polite phone call of, 'I changed my mind' would have saved me about two hours in my day waiting for her no- show...I can't afford the irresponsibility of not trusting whether you would show up to care for my mother if you can't even show up for an interview!
