My family and I had the pleasure and privilege of having Lisa work in our home for 2.5 years. Lisa always came in with a positive attitude and joy. My loved one could be a challenge. The level of care, professionalism and empathy she demonstrated blew me away. Lisa always went above and beyond expectations with tremendous energy and enthusiasm. She would get my loved one up and out of the house; something she wasn't always willing to do, and take her on adventures. They drove to see the changing of the leaves and ended up at the lake, the went to a horse farm where the horses were brought to the car window, and they would go for lunch or coffee and share many laughs and conversations. She was also the one to attended doctor visits to various offices and was present for virtual appointments via phone or Zoom. Lisa was not only there for my family, but the other caregivers. She would cover planned vacations and time-off requests as well as provided unexpected coverage, due to illness o
