I'm a positive, caring and reliable person. I can help you with light housekeeping, cooking, motivating good health and movement. I have got both shots. I have a clean driving record, so I can take to appointments, run errands , or just take a nice walk in the park. I think of myself as a good companion for those who love conversations, playing cards or watching their favorite programs. I am 58 years of age, and I live with my son and his Dad, so I'm not exposed to many people. I have experience with dementia as I helped my father through his journey with Alzheimer's.
