From August 2020 until his death in April 2022, I worked with a schizophrenic, bipolar, stage five kidney disease patient. I managed. his nutritional needs, extensive medication, which constantly changed, and PT to increase his muscle strength. I consulted with his psychiatrist, psychologist, nephrologist, vascular surgeon, and cardiologist to ensure that all appointments were kept and any changes in his medical and mental condition were monitored closely and discussed with them.
