We just recently, two weeks ago, hired Linda as a caregiver for a 95-year-old in-home hospice cancer patient. She worked the first week (40 hrs), showed up on time, and did very well. On the first day of the second week scheduled (7/11/22), she failed to show up for her 7 am shift, without giving any notice, with no response to our phone/text messages, and we haven't heard from her since. We did not see this coming. Our rating is based solely on her sudden abandonment of her patient/client without a trace of her whereabouts.
