About Lila

I have three years as a full-time caregiver and have also been an interim caregiver for about 7 years prior. I have various skills that benefit the client and always willing to listen and adjust according to the needs of the client and family. In my role as a caregiver it is not what I want but the needs of the client that is most important. Suggestions I may make to improve the well-being of the client, but always it must be their decision that is important. Skills we learn relevant to the needs of each person, but what I bring is gentleness, ability to listen and ready to help without complaining, a ready smile and a serene and pleasing personality, all given with respect and dignity.. Included in my character is honesty and integrity.
