About Lauren

Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile, let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I might be a great fit for you! My name is Lauren, I just moved to Miami from Wisconsin in January of 2022. I just turned 26 and have had my CNA license since I was 16! That's over 8 years of experience in primarily long term care. I have experience working with people with many different medical conditions- whether it's dementia, Parkinson's, strokes, or broken bones trying to regain mobility (rehab). I take pride in my job and building relationships with those I care for. Job duties I can perform: Bathing, dressing, toileting, serving meals, feeding, lifting & using hoyers, repositioning, and more upon request. My last employers relied on me as a head CNA, I was a regular trainer for new employees and made sure patients and their families needs were always met. I am a huge advocate for my patient's and the care they receive. I always treat those I care for how I'd want to be treated!
