Your loved one is treated like my family & I make sure to maintain their home environment not a hospital setting. I treat them with compassion, love, dignity & respect. We work closely together(they participate in their care as well) to build a bond that will result in outstanding care they are comfortable receiving on a daily basis from myself. Please understand, this is how some of us make a living and are very serious about our profession/business. I respect my clients when contact has been established and would appreciate the same in return. It shouldn't take an extended length of time for a response or come back to me weeks later, book meetings then cancel or constantly reschedule, it's just unacceptable.
