About Laurel

I have worked in the senior care for the past 20 years. I began as a resident assistant, became a lead which involved training new employees as well as doing the scheduling. I then moved into activities and have been the activity director at two different communities. I have worked with very cognitive seniors as well as seniors in varying stages of dementia/Alzheimer's. At our communities I considered universal worker and trained in and responsible for all of residents needs. References available upon request.
