About Latasha

Hello, My name is Tash. I'm a holistically minded caregiver and certified end-of-life-Doula. I'm also a holistic nutritionist and Reiki practitioner. I have experience caring for those with Dementia and Alzheimer's, and have had formal training in that area. I have a deep passion for caring for others and as a trained end-of-life Doula, I support my clients and their families emotionally, physically, spiritually and practically by sitting vigil, giving hand massages, offering reiki energy healing, making snacks, etc. I'm currently available for respite care and vigil sitting. Please reach out to me if you need a day or time that is not listed in my availability calendar. A little about me, I enjoy listening to all types of music, gardening, spending time in nature, traveling, reading, and spending time with my loved ones. I'm a single mom to two teenagers, and I was raised mostly by my grandparents who were and still are such an important part of my life.
