About Lashawn

My services will provide care and assistance with activities of daily living. I will assist with personal care, wound care and preventative measures and post surgical wound care and mgt. I can assist with care of NG tubes, gastrostomy tubes, tube feeding, foley and supra pubic catheter care. I will encourage safety and fall prevention and use of assistive devices for safe mobility. I will assist with meal prep and set up and encourage proper and adequate nutrition and assist with feeding. I can also assist with medication management and administration of medication. I can administer oral meds or administer through a gastric tube. I can also help with managing appointments. I am a registered nurse with over 19 years of experience. I have an Associates of Science Degree and Nursing Diploma. I am certified in CPR and first aid and I am fully vaccinated for COVID. Please reach out to me if you are in need of any of these services.
