I am a Certified Nursing Assistant & Caregiver of 6+ years experience. Throughout my personal care career. I provided remarkable home-base centered-personal care for seniors in there private homes. To support them in being able to safely and successfully reside in their homes as long as possible. I have been able to successful complete this directly with clients/families and through a expectational #1 agency. During my care work experience I have successfully cared for individuals with chronic illness, dementia, as well as seniors who just require some assistance with a small and large number of daily activities- task. Some of those duties consist of meal & medication preparation, transportation, personal care needs, liaison for doctors visits and light housekeeping . Also, being able to keep a professional observation and documents when necessary of the seniors changes or needs in their conditions and in all areas are important to the health and safety of the client.
