Grandma is the reason why I choose this path and enjoy working with the elderly and people that need help in their daily life. I worked at a rehab center for elderly patients with dementia, stoke, paralyzed, knee replacements and other health issues. I have experience in a gait belt, Hoyer machines, bed baths, burping colostomy, bags, catheters, giving meds, hospice and just being there to help with everyday living. I have references when needed for current and precious patients. I Enjoy helping the families. I am able to help with house chores, cooking, and what is needed to make time easy for your loved one. There are not enough words to describe how remarkable a caregiver Kristy is. We hired her to assist taking care of my grandma in the Fall/September of 2022. My grandma had a stroke in October 2021 that effected her speech and right side, so obviously communication would be an issue, however Kristy jumped right in and knew my grandma's needs probably better than my grandma knew. She was so caring, attentive, and treated my grandma as her own. In March 2023, my grandma declined and went on hospice and Kristy was there until the end in April and was so caring and compassionate. My words will not do Kristy justice, I would most definitely without a single doubt hire Kristy again in a heartbeat, with no hesitations. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.
