KMB responded to my ad on 8/3, then the online msgs and phone tag began. She never answers her phone and her vm was always full. She asked to call me from a different # (weird!), and once we finally did the phone interview, she never sent the paperwork to follow-up. Like the previous reviewer said, KMB plays 'heavily interested', then it's excuses, apologies and disappearances. I was grateful I saw thru her relatively quickly, but I am terribly sorry I was so swamped with my Mom's release and care, that I couldn't leave this review earlier. I apologize to the previous reviewer that they had the trouble of wasting time w/KMB.
