Kim has RN experience. She is very good at what she does. She knows her stuff. She is very dependable, hardly ever takes time off, her pay is very reasonable, and she takes very good care of my dad. I wouldn't trust anyone else but her to care for him and I'm so grateful I found her on this website. She is very trustworthy. My dad is short tempered so he is not easy to care for at times because he can be rude/selfish but Kim is prior military so she has tough skin too. She is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, encouraging, and worth every penny. Kim will also encourage or promote your loved one to do things to help them to get better. She encouraged my dad to get out of his chair with pulmonary fibrosis to get some exercise. To get outside or walk more than he wants to. It's good for him and he gets better because of her. She notices everything and pays attention to sugar or food, health, . We highly value her opinion and she's like having a doctor at your fingertips ha ha. HIRE HER!!!
