About Kiara

I have had the pleasure of working in senior care for two years in my hometown of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Throughout my time as a caregiver, I have acquired experience at a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living facility, and as a home-health aid. These experiences have revealed my passion for caregiving, as well as my love for working with seniors. I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, as well as hear the stories/wisdom they have to offer. The most rewarding part of being a senior caregiver is the fact that I am able to be a listening ear and voice for the people who need it most. I have discovered that many seniors feel as though they may not have a purpose or feel extremely alone, and I now know that caregiving is not purely physical care, but emotional/mental/spiritual care as well.
