Hello, I started my healthcare career as a CNA in my early 20's. I then progressed on to my occupational therapy assistant license and was employed at Dekalb Hospital for 12 years in the rehab department. I have training with dementia, stroke, orthopedic, pediatric and daily care skills. I believe in keeping clients engaged in daily care skills, hobbies and community to enrich their quality of life. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family, pet, and my flowers.

Kelly is very responsive and did a great job caring for Judy in her home approximately 20 hours per week and was always available when we needed additional coverage on a weekend or evening. While caring for Judy she took her out for lunch on many occasions and took her shopping at the grocery store. She also would do all of her normal grocery shopping for Judy. Kelly would take her for her hair and mail appts and her doctors appointments. She assisted with Judy’s care for around 3 years until it was time for her to go to a memory care facility. Kelly was also very helpful with the transition to the memory care facility and still comes to the facility to spend time with her.
