I began caring for seniors years ago with my own grandmothers, and have continued throughout my career as a nurse. I've worked with seniors & their families since 2005. As a nurse I'm able to manage many chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, COPD, CHF, and other clinical issues that may arise. I'm experienced with memory care, medication management, blood glucose monitoring, wound care, communications with healthcare providers, fall risk prevention, etc. In addition to companionship, I'm happy to monitor meds, attend to personal care needs, run errands, handle shopping, prep meals, go on outings & appointments, tidy up, care for pets or just relax around the house.
