Hello, I have had about 5 years experience, a lady that was true to my heart, 91. Was independent but did not drive. So we would weekly go grocery shopping, errand & doctors appointments. I, also have had experience with ladies that have suffered from Dementia, Strokes & Alzheimer's. A mention of trouble walking due to broken hips! Also, a couple, that was very dear & stole my heart. Mr. had Parkinson's & I was comfortable taking care of his needs. I give medication, prepare meals, tidy-up, doing laundry, make beds, errands/grocery shopping, take walks, communicate & give the best companionship, play games/cards/read & have fun! All of the people I took care of were close to my heart and I have the empathy to create a loving bond and have fun with the person or persons I am caring for. I like to joke and be complimentary.

Kathleen took very good care of my 91 year old mother in law. My husband and I live 5 hours away and my MIL could no longer drive so Kathleen scheduled and took her to all of her doctor appointments, took her grocery shopping and anywhere else she needed to go. She would always text me and keep me informed on everything going on with my MIL. She gardened with her and helped her tidy up the house. She also planned a surprise 90th bday party for my MIL. Kathleen is very caring and you can tell she loves what she does. If we didn’t have to move my MIL to assisted living, we would still have Kathleen caring for her.
