About Kathleen

Ever since I can remember I've always had a very special place in my heart for our elder generation. While in college I had an opportunity to complete a concentrated study in both gerontology & nutrition. In the past 10-15 years I've had the pleasure & honor of caring for both my parents, father in law & various great aunts which was such a rewarding time in my life. Since 2018 my career has shifted and is now focused towards Wellness & Life Coaching. Although this work is rewarding II'd now like dedicate some time to provide senior companion care. The skills I've developed while Coaching would translate nicely to companion care. Skills such as communication, compassion, troubleshooting, encouragement, meal preparation, promoting healthy habits & intentional listening. The importance of creating a healthy & peaceful environment so the individual can thrive & find joy in their daily routine. I'm very passionate about allowing seniors to age in place & stay in the comfort of their home!
