Katelyn has been a joy and a blessing to our family. She has a sweet and soft-spoken nature but is a total pro at gently leading and prompting our two seniors with dementia. She has a calming energy that sets a lovely tone in our home. Katelyn is observant, proactive, flexible and hardworking. She goes above and beyond, is good at solving problems and we trust her completely! We feel like we hit the jackpot.
