About Katarina

I am deeply committed to supporting quality of life for those with chronic illness or aging. I have a BA in Psychology and a MS in gerontology and have worked in the field for over 15 years. I have supported individuals with: cognitive decline/impairment, chronic illness, movement disorders, physical limitations, visual impairment, trauma, depression, failure to thrive, chronic wounds, etc. Some of the services I provide include: accessing health care providers, medication administration and management, nutritional support, companionship/isolation reduction/community engagement (social & cultural), safety assessment/monitoring/remediation, PT & OT support, communication with family & other providers, personal care, wound care, individualized care that changes as needs change
