About Karyn

A college graduate with a K-12 teaching degree in Physical Education and Health Education. Growing up, I had older parents and spent a lot of time assisting older family members. My favorite past time is simple conversation, hearing stories from the past and learning from our older generation. As a caregiver I enjoy bringing my Physical Education experience into any home by getting adults out to actively engage in activities (i.e playing cards, Bingo, etc.) or casual sports (i.e. golf, swimming, etc.). My second passion to teaching is aquatics in which I currently work full time as the Director of Aquatics for a waterpark. I currently live in Colorado, however I am looking to move back to Illinois/southern Wisconsin to be closer to my parents (who will be 70 this year). Other hobbies I enjoy include scrap booking, photography, hiking and learning more about local history. Looking to be back in the Midwest the middle of October and will have open availability.
