Julie was hired as a backup caregiver. She was/is to substitute for an existing weekends caregiver when that caregiver is unavailable. As of this review, she has worked only ONE weekend here, so a detailed review is premature. Based on that one weekend of experience, I feel she is very capable of providing almost all levels of senior care, but I can't emphasize enough that this review is superficial. Julie has a pleasing personality and a "can do" attitude. She is comfortable knowing the position for which she was hired is an infrequent and sporadic need.
