Hello, I'm an active 63-year-old Grandma to 5 little blessings. I was a Registered Dental Assistant for 30 years. After retirement, I cared for my 85 yo Mother in my home for 3 years after she had Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting along with Dementia. I showered her and provided all of her daily needs. She was an insulin dependent diabetic. I administered insulin daily & monitored her blood sugar levels and her blood pressure. I'm so thankful I was able to do this for her. I have been a Caregiver to a 90-year-old lady for the past 2 1/2 years. It was an honor and joy to care for her. Sadly, she passed 2 months ago. I'm currently looking for another caregiver/companion position. I would love to fill 10 to 20 hours of your scheduled hours. I am passionate about living life well and hope we can chat soon.

I met with Judy and she seemed like a dependable and very friendly person and perfect for the job. The job only entailed visiting and talking with my elderly mother for less than an hour two times per week. After the first visit of only 15 minutes, she texted me three days later and said abruptly texted me and she did not think she was a good fit for the job, no other explanation. I am very disappointed as she came across as someone who genuinely seemed caring and interested in seniors. My mom was also disappointed because she liked her and was looking forward to seeing her again.
