Joyce is excellent at commutation, encouragement and motivation. She is a real doer, who connects well with those she cares for. A compassionate person, she always seems to be on top of things. She is good at picking up on what is needed and getting it done. She also happens to be an fabulous cook - no one will go hungry on her watch.
