I have known Joyce as a neighbor and friend for about 25 years. Joyce has always been a very thoughtful, caring and kind neighbor. She was always happy to visit my father when he visited me from out of town. I would not hesitate to have her care for my father and have complete trust in her ability to show patience and kindness.
