I love interacting with older and wiser people. Especially keeping them upbeat and happy. And as the Care Taker it will be my priority to ensure my patient and the family that I will give the most essential care that He/She needs. I am 32 years old, most will consider me very patient, and kind. I have a 10+years of experience with Home-HealthAid/Companion. My main duties are as follows: Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, transportation, medicine, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and errands. Experienced with Alzheimer/Dementia Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal and notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.
