Documenting recording and report clients information I have worked in the hospital Assisted living Facilities Nursing Homes and clients Private homes providing care and assistance such as Bathing Dressing Feeding Transferring with Hoyer lifts or other Mechanical devices escort clients on clinical appointments or community trips and outings.. I have also prepared clients meal by following the meal plan as per their diet.. provided companionship and support to clients.
