About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, fun, hard working. I like caring for seniors because it's something I'm passionate about. I feel that seniors should be able to live comfortably at home as long as possible. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding and makes me feel like I'm doing good in this world. I started caring for seniors when I was about 20 years old. One thing you should know about me is I have experience with most everything in a home health care setting. I have had clients of all ages from young children to almost 100 years old; I've worked with clients who have suffered from strokes, TBI, diabetes, Alzheimer's and Dementia, muscular dystrophy. My skills include bathing, dressing, errands, meal prep, housekeeping, cooking, medication reminders, transportation to/from appointments, companionship, first aid, mobility, proper transfer techniques, hoyer lift, vitals including blood pressure with manual cuff, diabetes care and management, extra curricular activities.
