About Jessica

I enjoy caring for seniors because they are very misunderstood and abused because of the lack of patience as seen with most caregivers in facilities or home healthcare. I'm CNA trained and looking for an opportunity to bring joy and hope back to people that need it the most. In my spare time, I like to take care of my pets, spend time with my family, reading books, writing music and cooking. My skills are centered around neurodegenerative and nervous system diseases such as dementia, Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis. I am working on obtaining my master's degree in Music Therapy and have seen the immediate effect and cognitive improvement in every person I've had the opportunity and pleasure of working with. I have a tendency to build strong bonds and friendships with both the person I care for and their families. I love to see people in their homes and have a chance to be in an environment where they can be happy and cared for exclusively by those of us that truly care.
