There are many scientific studies to back up the techniques I use every day to promote neuroplasticity for increased well-being. +++ PLUS, I enjoy light house-keeping/organizing, healthy delicious nutrition options, errands/shopping, senior care, driving to appointments, exercise accountability partner, memoir editor, memory bookmaker, nature field trip partner and more! Some of my favorite people on earth are 65+ and have been for most of my life. I enjoy reading out loud in English or Spanish, singing together, moving to your favorite songs and introducing a few new ones. In other words, we will have fun doing life.
