We have hired Jessica to care for my mom off and on many times and will continue to do so. From the very first email, phone call and interview, it was obvious she knew that being responsive, dependable and punctual are very important traits to possess as a caregiver. This would be a very long review if I wrote everything that's good about Jessica, so the best way to put it would be to say I think she treats my mom the way she treats her own mom. My mom would tell me in a second if she didn't like someone but she loves her. I live several hours away, so finding a gentle, caring and honest person like Jessica has been a blessing. If I could hire her to be there everyday, I would.
