About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as caring, helpful, intelligent. I like caring for seniors because I used to be a nurse for 14 years and have always been a caregiver. Seeing my own parents age and my in laws, I've begun to appreciate the grace with which we can age and I want to help others in any way I can. I'm looking for a job that fulfills my need for being a caregiver and to feel fulfilled as a person. I started caring for seniors when I became a nurse in 2001 and worked for 5 years in a heavy medical surgical floor. In my spare time, I like to read and take walks with my dog. I like to spend time with my family and attend my daughters volleyball games. I also volunteer at the interfaith food pantry twice a week. One thing you should know about me is that I am trustworthy and will treat your family member like one of my own. My skills include assisting with bathing, helping with feeding and assessing my client as to whether they are in the best health they can be.
