Jennifer V is one of the best care aides we have had to date, including all of the ones sent to us by agencies in our area. She has to drive in for over an hour but is willing to do this, and does an outstanding job. She is respectful to our wishes even if she might do things differently in other contexts, and understands the importance of differentiation based on the individual client's specific needs.
