Jelly helped my mom for over 2.5 hours. My mom's needs were very complex. She had a progressive neurological disorder that resulted in her being wheelchair bound. I lost my mom 3 weeks ago. Jelly was involved in her care when my mom was able to walk and partially care for herself and continued to support my mom as she got weaker and 100% dependent. Jelly thought me a lot of things on how best I can care for my mom. She was patient , caring, very empathetic and very knowledgeable. She always would tell me that I need to understand elderly and their needs and to be patient with them. She was never late to work and never took a sick day. She was very committed to caring and was a blessing to our family. She protected and cared for my mom as if she was her own mother. I recommend her highly.
