I've served as a nurse for Sharp Healthcare, Palomar/Pomerado, and Kaiser Permanente, and I'm fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19. I'm able-bodied, comfortable with lifting/turning, and I'm very comfortable with complex medical care including: diabetes management, stroke/TBI/spinal cord injury care, wound care, bowel/bladder programs, catheter changes, following a physical therapy/workout regimen, driving and assisting with clinic visits and other outings, etc. I can also help with cleaning, chores, shopping, cooking, and other needs. Jayson is a highly skilled and trustworthy caregiver. He has been caring for my father who has dementia and mobility issues after a major surgery. He is a trained nurse which is important for higher medical needs and also has great rapport and demeanor helping to create a natural relationship with with my dad. He has been essential in our family's transition to this new phase of life for my father and clearly cares about him and our family's wellbeing.
