My background includes over 18 years experience as a Caregiver & Nurse's Aide. I have worked with multiple agencies and on my own. The last several years I have gotten many of my clients by "word of mouth" from past clients & their families. Several professional (written & verbal) references are available upon request. I also have written personal references to provide. My experience is non medical as well as medical assistance provided to clients. Familiar with common medical conditions such as vitals, wound care, oxygen and asthma care, feeding tube, diabetic care (testing & giving insulin shots.) I can provide but not limited to ADL's: dressing, bathroom & shower assist, medication reminder, ambulatory stand by assistance, transfer & lift, laundry, light housekeeping, pet/yard care, social activities, shopping, errands & meals. Instrumental ADL's: transportation to medical appts, companionship & physical therapy. Observe & document everything & communicate with family.
