My healthcare experience is very broad. I have over 20 years in multiple areas of the field. I worked in five prison infirmaries, assisted living, home healthcare, private care, foster and respite care, hospice. Have a lot of experience with children to adults with autism or on the spectrum. My son is on the spectrum so I have learned a lot of tools in that area. I'm very knowledgeable about mental health. Am able to recognize behaviors as they begin and have tools to de-escalate. I have a good calm problem-solving skills in crisis situations. I am a positive happy, energetic person who goes over and beyond because that's my personality.
