She misrepresented herself as a "professional" - she's not. She told us she would never leave my mother - she did, after only about 10 weeks. She only provided a 3-day notice. We are now in a bind trying to find someone to replace her. She kept the blinds closed all the time and refused to take Mom out for short walks - which she needs. She is paranoid and thought that the nearby neighbors were calling her names, so refused to go outside. She has a car and said she could provide transportation to Dr visits - she wouldn't - instead would call an Uber, which she paid for, but it was just very odd. Part of her job description was to spend the night, but Mom said she told her "do not wake me - I need my sleep". Mom is incontinent and needs assistance at least once a night with a pad change. By the morning Mom would be wet all the way through to the under pad. Mom did not enjoy her time with Jadwiga and by the time I came to visit and realized what was happening we had determined that she had to go. It was not a positive environment for my Mother. I truly regret having to write this negative review, but I would suggest caution if you decide to employ this woman.
